Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo

It was a couple of blocks from Sapporo station so it was convenient but there was so much snow and some icy areas so you need to be careful. It is a great location to the station so it allows you to use the underground passage as well as getting on the train system. The rooms are small so it was a little hard to move around with the luggage. If you have kids, you will need to consider the size of the room. The breakfast is a must. When I looked in the dining room, I was not expecting much but boy did I get a big surprise! They had a variety to choose from and show cased foods in the region. Delicious! Use the milk as cream; so rich!

Close to railway station and bus stop outside the front door. Had a hot bath for relaxation after a day

Great service all the way from before checkin to checkout, with excellent communication throughout. Prepared a Mother’s Day surprise together with my friend, and the reservation & front staffs handled it perfectly, also helped to assign our rooms close to each other 😊 The staff at the parking area were great as well. I am not very confident in my driving, but they were always patient and helpful, which really helped ease my anxiety. Great room size and location. Would love to come back again!

Though an older building this hotel is very clean, well maintained, and the rooms are spacious. The staff are very helpful and excel at what they do. Their breakfast buffet is an awesome option to start the morning with. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Hokkaido. Laundry room has single washer/dryer designed for single loads. Laundry soap automatically dispensed (included). It lets you know what state the washer/dryer is in your room tv. 🙂

The location was ideal for travellers that like walking as it is walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. The property itself is fairly new with a good lounge / breakfast venue where you can use it free of charge other than breakfast time for some liquid refreshments.
